After realizing that our little history group was generating interest from people all around us I decided to create this sub group specifically designed to discuss an aspect of art history that I lack knowledge of but truly admire. Our First meeting will be in mid-July. Our meager assembly of three are currently reading Roland Barthes Camera Lucida. All friends are welcome to join.

I found this annotation from the University of Chicago. The book is dense and beautiful and requires, at least for me, a little outside point of view.
